Nexus Mentis et Cordis

1. Scope of Services
   Nexus Mentis et Cordis provides coaching, workshops, training programs, and related professional development services for corporate and individual clients. The specific scope, duration, and fees of each service are agreed in writing or by email prior to delivery.
2. Bookings and Payment
   All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. An invoice will be issued with payment details and the applicable payment deadline. Services may be postponed or not delivered if payment has not been received.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made in writing (email is sufficient).

The following conditions apply unless otherwise agreed:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled session or workshop: full refund or rescheduling possible.
• Cancellation between 3 and 7 days before delivery: 50% of the agreed fee may be charged.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before delivery: the full fee may be charged.

Nexus Mentis et Cordis reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date will be offered.

4. Participation and Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for ensuring that participants are available, prepared, and able to participate in the agreed services. Results depend on individual engagement and organizational context; therefore, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
   All materials, tools, and content provided during coaching, workshops, or training remain the intellectual property of Nexus Mentis et Cordis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Confidentiality
   All information shared during coaching, training, or workshops is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Nexus Mentis et Cordis provides services with professional care and diligence. However, liability for any indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Force Majeure
   Nexus Mentis et Cordis shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, travel disruption, or other unforeseen events.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
